About Us

When you are looking for a business change consultant you need to know 2 things. (1) – can they deliver and (2) – can you work with them. It’s a personal thing. So its’s important to know who you’re dealing with.

Collaborative was started by me – Michelle Reynolds – I’m a CIMA qualified Finance Director with over 20 years experience in “real life businesses”.

A highly motivated person, I became Finance Director of a £70m business aged just 33 and was responsible for Finance, IT & Commercial departments. I have managed multi million pound turnaround programmes, amalgamated manufacturing plants & finance functions, reduced reporting timetables and now I run my own consulting business. But my main role has always been to support the MDs I work with by being there to discuss the many decisions they have to make. They rely on me to help them make informed decisions.
