From there it’s up to you how involved you want us to be. We do find that owners of growing businesses have many demands on their time, so usually we work with you as part of your management team to drive through the changes. It’s the quickest way to make change happen we find. But if you prefer to implement the changes internally or want a mixture of both internal and external support then we can work with you to make sure it works for your business.
